MEET OUR TEAM
The Cohen Home Family
Melissa Hyatt, RN, Executive Director
Melissa joined The Cohen Home staff in 2009, but has been part of The William Breman Jewish Home family since 2003. After serving as a nurse at the Vi and Milton Weinstein Hospice, she lead the Meyer Balser NORC, an organization that provides resources to help seniors age in place as long as possible. In her current role, Melissa provides strategic vision and direction to The Cohen Home, while ensuring loved ones feel welcomed and engaged. An ardent advocate for enhancing quality of life, Melissa helps families relocate and transition care of their loved ones—both physically and emotionally—to this compassionate assisted living community. With a long history in community health and geriatrics, her skill and experience provides a great comfort to our families, and her strength in building community partnerships benefits all the residents.
Tammi Crawford, LPN, Director of Health Services
Tammi makes sure all our residents get the care and services they need to stay healthy and active.
Vicki Feldman Luna, Director of Life Enrichment
As our Director of Life Enrichment, Vicki coordinates day-to-day activities, often exceeding residents’ expectations and getting them to do things they never thought they could. She creates enjoyable, engaging and inter-generational programs and leads outings to museums, concerts, plays, restaurants and shops.
Carrie Morrison, Sales and Outreach Coordinator
Often the first person families encounter at The Cohen Home, Carrie helps families navigate the resources available to aging loved ones. She provides guidance throughout the process and helps new residents transition seamlessly into our community. She also coordinates education programs at local community centers, synagogues and rehab centers. Carrie specializes in helping families understand the value of having their loved cared for in an environment that provides social, emotional, intellectual and physical engagement.
