Cheryl Chambers, Executive Director
In October 2017 we welcomed Cheryl Chambers to The Cohen Home family. A compassionate and accomplished leader who motivates and empowers her team with confidence, Cheryl is an experienced Executive Director with a history of successful communities and excellent operational leadership. Her breadth and depth of knowledge, as well as her warm and open style of communication gives families peace of mind that their loved one will be engaged and well cared for from the minute they become part of our family.
Tammy Crawford, LPN, Director of Health Services
With more than ten years of experience leading the health services of assisted living communities, Tammy makes sure all our residents get the care and services they need to stay healthy and active. Known for her compassion and intuitive approach to care, Tammy and her team of dedicated nurses and caregivers anticipate our residents needs while encouraging as much independence as possible.
Vicki Feldman Luna, Director of Life Enrichment
As our Director of Life Enrichment, Vicki coordinates day-to-day activities, often exceeding residents’ expectations and getting them to do things they never thought they could. She creates enjoyable, engaging and inter-generational programs and leads outings to museums, concerts, plays, restaurants and shops.
OPEN POSITION, Sales and Outreach Coordinator
Often the first person families encounter at The Cohen Home, our Sales and Outreach Coordinator helps families navigate the resources available to aging loved ones. This team member provides guidance throughout the process and helps new residents transition seamlessly into our community. He or she also coordinates education programs at local community centers, synagogues and rehab centers. The Sales and Outreach Coordinator specializes in helping families understand the value of having their loved one cared for in an environment that provides social, emotional, intellectual and physical engagement.
